USA Karate Holds Quarterly Committee Chairs Meeting to Enhance Collaboration and Communication

Colorado Springs, CO — November 12, 2024 — USA Karate convened its Committee Chairs for the quarterly meeting aimed at fostering open communication, addressing challenges, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals. This meeting brings together chairpersons from each USA Karate committee, creating a valuable forum for collaborative problem-solving and direct engagement with the CEO and Board of Directors.

At this quarter's meeting, USA Karate welcomed newly appointed Tony Medonca, Chair of the Selection Committee, and John Limcaco, who recently joined the Technical Committee. Their expertise and leadership are expected to bring fresh insights to USA Karate’s continued growth.

The meeting agenda focused on strengthening internal communications and ensuring effective collaboration between committees. Key topics included organizational updates from leadership, committee-specific issues, and recommendations for the Board and CEO. Each committee had the opportunity to share updates, address cross-committee concerns, and put forth requests for federation support in their respective areas.

This regular gathering underscores USA Karate's commitment to unifying its leadership and committee efforts toward a shared vision of growth and operational excellence for the organization.
